e& UAE Achieves Platinum Status in TM Forum’s Open API Certification

e& UAE has achieved the prestigious Platinum status in TM Forum’s Open API certification, making it the first telecommunications operator in the MENA region to secure this level of accreditation for 20 unique APIs. This certification is pivotal in promoting enhanced connectivity, interoperability, and system portability within the global telecommunications industry.

The certification follows the launch of e& UAE’s advanced Developer Portal, which offers free access to a range of standardized and interoperable APIs. This portal serves as a hub for digital innovators, enabling them to explore APIs related to service management, customer management, product cataloging, billing, and network exposure. It fosters an environment where developers and startups can thrive, contributing to future connectivity solutions.

Since adopting TM Forum Open API standards in May 2023, e& UAE has achieved 20 unique certifications within just 12 months, culminating in its Platinum Tier certification. This achievement is a significant step towards reaching the elite Diamond Tier.
