Acronis, the globally renowned leader in cyber protection, has introduced a groundbreaking integration technology known as the Acronis CyberApp Standard. This innovation extends the reach of the Acronis ecosystem to third-party vendors, enabling them to seamlessly incorporate their products and services into the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. This equips service providers with indispensable tools to enhance efficiency and profitability.

The Acronis CyberApp Standard stands out as the sole framework that permits vendors to deeply integrate their offerings into the Acronis platform, with vendor workloads, alerts, widgets, and reports natively incorporated. This ensures a cohesive user experience for both Acronis-owned and integrated applications, ultimately improving efficiency and reducing errors. Unlike other platforms, the Acronis CyberApp Standard provides vendors with a unique, hassle-free digital experience and comprehensive application lifecycle management. Vendors aspiring to join the Acronis ecosystem gain access to the versatile Vendor Portal, empowering them to create applications, share application details, upload marketing materials, and publish directly to the Acronis Application Catalog.

Gaidar Magdanurov, President at Acronis, emphasized the importance of seamless integration for service providers: “Service providers require seamless integration between tools to stay agile and competitive. These integrations allow them to save time and resources on managing multiple tools and reduce the risk of human errors. We are excited to make the CyberApp Standard available to all vendors and open up the Acronis partner ecosystem with over 20,000 service providers and millions of business customers. CyberApp creates an opportunity for vendors to acquire new customers and increase their profits while reinforcing cyber protection and service provider tools on the Acronis platform.”

With the Acronis CyberApp Standard, technology vendors can tap into a wealth of sales and marketing opportunities by accessing a network of over 100 distributors and 50,000 channel partners. This not only accelerates the time-to-market for integrated solutions but also simplifies complexity, harnessing the power of more than 50 data centers to enable vendors to deliver solutions in compliance with various local regulations.

Phil Goodwin, Research Vice President at IDC, recognized the significance of such integration technology, stating, “A comprehensive technology ecosystem is a critical success factor to meeting the diverse needs of small, medium, and large MSPs. Innovative integration technology, such as CyberApp Standard, can help deliver a better experience for service providers who have diverse software integration requirements. Integrations can encompass endpoint security, network management, and SaaS administration for end-customers while streamlining operational efficiency for service providers.”

Furthermore, technology vendors stand to benefit from partnering with Acronis through the #CyberFit Technology Partner Program, which facilitates joint sales and marketing endeavors. The program empowers partners to collaborate on go-to-market strategies, co-branded campaigns, product assets, and offers guidance on marketing and sales, in addition to providing access to MDF (Market Development Funds).

Nikki Meyer, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8, expressed the significance of their partnership with Acronis, “Our Partnership with Acronis has been monumental. Together, we empower managed service providers (MSPs) to scale their business by consolidating and automating industry-leading solutions. CyberApp Standard creates a seamless integration with any technology, which allows us to position these products as a better-together bundle. Our Partnership helps MSPs to meet and exceed their clients’ needs by offering hundreds of natively integrated solutions in a single user interface.”

The Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud represents a comprehensive solution that combines backup and data recovery, cybersecurity, management, and automation, all built on the Acronis platform. Acronis’ ecosystem portfolio encompasses more than 200 third-party products and services, including LastPass, Rewst, SendMarc, Canauri, Infima Security, and Autobahn Security.

Josh Aaronson, Director of Operations at HOCS, emphasized the significant time savings brought about by the Acronis platform: “The Acronis platform helps us automate our workflows, ensuring all steps are completed consistently. The result is exponential time savings as there is no need to jump from console to console.”
