AppGallery, Huawei‘s official app distribution platform, has recently added Aramex’s revolutionary mobile app to its growing app portfolio. With more than 550 million monthly active users across 170 countries, Aramex is now one of the top three app marketplaces globally, allowing it to profit from a broad customer base in the Middle East and Africa area and beyond.

The Aramex Mobile app provides customers with a variety of tools that make sending, tracking, and delivering packages simple and pleasurable. Users may follow their packages in real-time via an interactive map that depicts their travels from the country of origin to delivery to the final destination after the app is installed on their smart devices. Users may now schedule package delivery times, specify pick-up or delivery locations, and turn on associated notifications in the app’s recently updated version. In terms of shipping and delivery, Huawei customers now have additional options.

Aramex Mobile is also supported by an AI-enabled chatbot, making it one of the region’s first unique and interactive communication channels to be powered by AI. Users can use the chatbot to track and identify the location of their shipments, receive status updates, schedule deliveries, share locations, and locate the nearest Aramex center or place to pick up or deliver items. In terms of payment methods, the app offers a safe and straightforward tool that displays a detailed analysis of all charges, including delivery fees and customs duties.

AppGallery has focused its efforts on working with developers on a local and global scale to bring the most relevant apps to customers, increasing the number of developers who work with the platform and providing consumers with more options throughout the world. With over 141,000 apps available and over 4.5 million developers registered on the Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) platform, the Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) ecosystem has experienced a spike in app integration.
