Canon Powers Digital Printing Press in Riyadh with Tenaui Partnership

Tenaui, a digital commercial printing solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, has officially inaugurated the largest digital commercial printing press in the Middle East. The new Tenaui Commercial Digital Printing Center, located in Ali Ibn Al Mufaddal, And Noor, Riyadh 14271, represents a groundbreaking advancement in the Kingdom’s printing industry, thanks to Canon’s cutting-edge inkjet technology.

The state-of-the-art facility, the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia, is a significant investment aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals for economic diversification and technological innovation. As the Saudi Arabian printing market undergoes a digital revolution, this new center is strategically designed to meet the surging demand for high-quality, high-volume digital printing solutions. The market, driven by the rise in personalized and short-run print jobs, is expected to quadruple in size by 2030, according to Canon Middle East & Turkey’s latest reports.

The grand opening ceremony was graced by notable figures including Peter Saak, Executive Vice President of Canon Europe’s Developing Regions Business Group; Venkatasubramanian (Subbu) Hariharan, Managing Director of Canon Middle East and Turkey; Shadi Bakhour, B2B Business Unit Director, Canon Middle East & General Manager, Canon Saudi Arabia; and Yasser Elfarra, CEO of Tenaui.

The new facility is equipped with Canon’s latest technology, including the VarioPRINT i300 and VarioPRINT iX-3200 for high-volume digital commercial inkjet printing. It also features Canon imagePRESS V1350 and imagePRESS V1000 Color Production printers, complemented by a variety of online and offline finishing options. Capable of handling up to 10 million prints per month, the center is poised to serve a broad range of printing needs from books and magazines to brochures and commercial materials.
