Ericsson Launches Gen-E Graduate Program to Empower Omani Talent

Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) has officially launched its Gen-E Graduate Program in Oman, a strategic initiative designed to equip young Omani talent with the essential skills and knowledge required to thrive in the rapidly evolving technology landscape. This program aligns with Oman’s Vision 2040, aiming to enhance the local workforce’s capabilities and create valuable employment opportunities for Omani nationals.

The Gen-E Graduate Program offers an extensive learning journey, combining on-the-job training, project-based assignments, and online learning in key areas such as Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and advanced telecommunications technologies. Graduates will gain hands-on experience in critical sectors like 5G, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT), with opportunities to work on both local and international projects that will enhance their technical expertise.

This unique program allows graduates to take on various roles within Ericsson, gaining valuable experience in a large global organization while contributing to key projects. This experience will boost their technical knowledge and skills, preparing them for a successful career in the technology sector.
