Harini Gokul appointed as Chief Customer Officer at Entrust

Entrust, a global company in trusted payments, identities, and digital infrastructure announced that it has named Harini Gokul as its Chief Customer Officer, reporting directly to the CEO.

In her new position, Gokul will oversee the company’s effort to create and deliver a remarkable Entrust client experience on a global scale while working with other departments.

She has over 20 years of expertise in delivering customer success and change for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. She joins Entrust. She is a renowned thought leader in creating customer experience models that set the standard for the industry and utilising cloud solutions to assist clients in accelerating growth and realising revenue.

Gokul enters entrust from Amazon web services, where she created and led a customer success approach for next-generation customers. Before joining AWS, she worked at Microsoft, holding multiple leadership roles across products, services, and strategies focused on growing cloud adoption and customer success with Fortune 500 customers.

She began her career with Standard Chartered Bank and kept a financial services-focused focus while consulting for PwC. She has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Engineering from RV College of Engineering. Gokul serves her community by serving as a board member for the Washington Technology Industry Association and as an elected council member for Medina, Washington. She is also an active advisor and investor in startups.
