LG gram is now shipping with Windows 11. Starting this month, all LG gram laptops delivered in the Gulf will include Windows 11, Microsoft’s newest operating system and the most substantial upgrade in six years. Earlier LG gram models that are still compatible can be updated by going to Microsoft‘s website.
With a new visual language, Windows 11 adds new features like improved virtual desktop support, the ability to access widgets straight from the Taskbar, Xbox capabilities to improve PC gaming, and Snap Layouts and Snap Groups for simpler multitasking. Also included in Windows 11 is the new Chromium-based Edge browser, which provides increased performance, speed, and efficiency-boosting capabilities for a more enjoyable browsing experience.
Microsoft’s new operating system complements the unequalled user experience already offered by LG gramme smartphones, which are exceptionally light and have impressively huge screen-to-body ratios when compared to competing models. The 2021 gramme Intel Evo platform-verified laptops have 16:10 aspect ratio displays, Intel 11th generation CPUs, and long battery life.
“By shipping LG gram laptops with Windows 11 immediately after the OS launch is an example of our commitment to give LG gram customers the latest that our partners have to offer,” said Jang Ik-hwan, senior vice president and head of the IT business unit of LG Electronics Business Solutions Company.
Further said, “While it’s still possible for most laptop owners to install Microsoft’s latest OS on their own, the out of the box experience is still important to many of our customers who want to get working right away.”
