ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, announced its participation in Cairo ICT 2021 at New Cairo’s Egypt International Exhibition Center.

“ICT Cairo is undoubtedly extra special for us this year. Following our absence last year due to the pandemic, it feels great to be back. Egypt is an important market for ManageEngine; we aim to welcome everyone attending the event and showcase our latest product innovations and strengthen our local presence by meeting existing and potential customers and partners,” said Nirmal Manoharan, regional director of sales, ManageEngine.

He added, “Organizations across the region have faced challenges over the last 18 months. The hybrid workplace model and rapid digitalization have left many vulnerable to cyberattacks. We hope to use ICT Cairo as a platform to advise, support, and guide our customers and partners and ensure their safety and business continuity.”

The COVID-19 epidemic has presented extraordinary hurdles to organizations all around the world. Given the nature of modern enterprises, most of the adjustments made to meet these problems influenced IT operations, especially corporate IT support. ManageEngine will present ServiceDesk Plus, their flagship product, an ITIL®-ready service desk solution utilized by ITSM experts worldwide. According to a recent Forrester Total Economic ImpactTM study commissioned by ManageEngine, organizations can gain a return on investment of up to 352 percent by migrating to ServiceDesk Plus.

ManageEngine will demonstrate its comprehensive suite of IT management and security tools that enable organizations to provide an excellent and safe remote work experience, in keeping with Cairo ICT’s theme this year, “The Digital Challenge.” Along with ServiceDesk Plus, the company will demonstrate Desktop Central, a unified endpoint management tool; Log360, a next-generation SIEM solution with UEBA capabilities for proactive threat analytics using AI and ML; and PAM360, which allows enterprises to establish strict privileged access governance and monitor privileged operations at Cairo ICT 2021. Application Control Plus, which enforces the principle of least privilege for employees utilizing multiple devices and applications, and Device Control Plus, the company’s data leakage prevention solution, will also be highlighted.

Senior executives, technical experts, and regional partners will be on hand to perform live product demonstrations and share their knowledge at the ManageEngine booth (booth number 3F6). They will also be ready to meet with current or new clients and partners to listen to their IT and security concerns and provide a tailored solution to fit their specific needs.
