PROVEN Arabia, a prominent holding company headquartered in Saudi Arabia and recognized for its diverse array of corporate brands offering comprehensive solutions across the Middle East region, has announced three pivotal changes in its top leadership. These transitions underscore the company’s commitment to its fresh business outlook.

Taking the helm as Chief Executive Officer of PROVEN Consult, Hilel Baroud brings a wealth of expertise gained over more than two decades in sales and technical roles. His pivotal contributions to UiPath’s expansion in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), Eastern Europe, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) have been instrumental. At PROVEN Consult, Hilel has raised the bar for intelligent automation delivery, optimized business functions, and set new benchmarks for customer contentment.

In his new role, Hilel will lay the foundation for a future marked by cutting-edge intelligent solutions, geared to aid organizations in intelligent automation and digital transformation. His focus will be on establishing PROVEN Consult as a customer-centric entity that nurtures innovation and fosters robust collaborations.

With a financial acumen spanning 18 years, Mohammed Alhanin brings a diverse background across various sectors and projects, encompassing restructuring, equity and debt financing, IPOs, rights offerings to the Saudi Stock Exchange, mergers and acquisitions, and feasibility studies. As Group CFO, he will champion the development of group-wide strategies and steer PROVEN Arabia’s numerous subsidiaries towards profitable growth.

Pavel Makarevich, a seasoned product manager at PROVEN Solution for the past three years, has been a driving force behind the inception and evolution of numerous products and brands in domains such as virtual reality, robotics, chatbots, and document understanding. In his new capacity as Vice President, Pavel will orchestrate strategic initiatives, amalgamating the company’s strengths in product, design, engineering, marketing, and sales. He will also play an active role in nurturing novel concepts and the launch of innovative products and services.
