Raytheon Emirates hosts“Women in Tech: Preparing for the Next Fifty Years”

Raytheon Emirates, a Raytheon Technologies subsidiary, hosted a “Women in Tech: Preparing for the Next Fifty Years” panel on the role of women shaping the future. The discussion placed focus on fostering inclusion, tolerance, and equality in the workplace.

Participants of the virtual forum explored how female leaders can bolster business within the UAE and internationally. Panelists also discussed the important role these women have in inspiring young females to pursue STEM education and careers.

“The UAE has adopted a path of tolerance, moderation, and acceptance of diversity all while making remarkable strides toward empowering women to flourish in a meritocratic society,” said Hanan Harhara Al Yafei, Hub71 chief executive officer. “With its progressive government, open business policies, and flexible working arrangements, the UAE offers female entrepreneurs’ incredible opportunities to thrive.”
