UnifyApps, the Unified Enterprise GenAI platform, has closed a $20 million Series A funding round led by ICONIQ Growth, with contributions from existing investors, including Elevation Capital. As part of the funding, ICONIQ Growth General Partner Matt Jacobson joins UnifyApps’ board of directors. This round raises UnifyApps’ total funding to $31 million, fueling its mission to bring the transformative power of AI to every business department through its Unified Enterprise AI Agent platform.

In the past year, UnifyApps has developed a robust data foundation to streamline and automate business operations, addressing the challenges of data silos, inefficiencies, and fragmented workflows created by numerous disconnected software applications. Leveraging AI, the platform integrates SaaS applications, enabling organizations to centrally manage data, automate processes, and build efficient data pipelines without coding requirements. UnifyApps’ scalable platform allows enterprises to deploy customized AI agents for various functions—from IT to HR to sales—equipped with tools for observability, security, and auditability to ensure safe and reliable AI deployment.

With Dubai as its Middle Eastern hub, UnifyApps is well-placed to support organizations in a region prioritizing AI integration and data-driven transformation. This aligns with the UAE’s national AI initiatives, offering enterprises customized AI solutions that improve efficiency and enhance operations.

“UnifyApps’ approach to unified AI agents is game-changing for enterprises addressing data fragmentation,” said Matt Jacobson, ICONIQ Growth General Partner. “They are empowering businesses to orchestrate work with trusted, effective AI. We are excited to collaborate with Pavitar Singh, UnifyApps’ CEO, whose expertise is critical to solving these challenges at scale.”

In addition to the funding, UnifyApps has welcomed Haitham ElKhatib as Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder. ElKhatib, formerly Senior VP of Sales for Growth Markets at Sprinklr, brings a strong background in scaling enterprise software firms and will drive UnifyApps’ expansion and revenue growth.

With notable early clients, including one of the world’s largest banks, a leading telecom provider, and a top security firm, UnifyApps has seen rapid growth, expanding to over 150 employees with offices in Gurgaon, Dubai, and New York. CEO Pavitar Singh shared, “Our partnership with ICONIQ Growth will be crucial as we continue to bring our AI agent platform to enterprises globally.”

UnifyApps’ momentum reflects a growing demand for AI solutions that simplify enterprise environments, positioning the company as a leader in unified AI-driven transformation.
