Natalie: As a 28-year-old my career is just beginning, but as a woman, it has been challenging to see how men perceive you at the workplace. On the other hand, handling Digital Marketing for Samsung Levant has been an exciting challenge; understanding multiple markets and catering to different audiences.
Natalie: Exposure to multiple perspectives. Every person has gone through life differently and has gained various experiences and knowledge. By creating a diverse workforce, it can improve the organisation’s performance and drive innovation.
Natalie: Every day you wake up and there’s something new with Samsung. Whether it’s a new product or strategy, there’s always that excitement in being a part of a leading brand in the tech industry.

Natalie: Probably like everyone else, but I would definitely have to say my phone. It simplifies my life in so many ways and is the only thing that I cannot leave the house without.
