Huawei has officially signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Salam Mobile, aimed at enriching customer experiences in the Saudi Arabian market. The agreement was finalized during a ceremony attended by Mr. Keith Li, Vice President of Huawei Tech Investment Saudi Arabia, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Anqari, CEO of Salam, with Amr M Eldesouky, Chief Consumer Officer at Salam, present.
This MoU focuses on several initiatives designed to benefit customers of both companies. Key offerings will include tailored promotions and enhanced services available at the Huawei Flagship Store (HFS) in Roshan Front, Riyadh. Salam Mobile plans to provide exclusive promotions for Huawei users, supported by various marketing materials.
“This MoU represents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Salam Mobile to provide customers with enhanced digital experiences,” stated Mr. Keith Li. “We are pleased to support this partnership and offer Huawei users access to even more exclusive services through Salam.”
Mr. Ahmed Al-Anqari echoed these sentiments, saying, “This partnership with Huawei reflects our shared commitment to improving customer experiences by delivering tailored offers and solutions. Through this collaboration, we aim to bring greater value and convenience to our customers, reinforcing our dedication to service excellence.”
As part of the agreement, Salam Mobile will also distribute voucher cards to Huawei customers through the My Huawei community, enhancing customer engagement and adding value for users of both brands. To further improve the customer experience, Huawei will install a Salam Mobile self-service kiosk in the flagship store, providing easy access to Salam’s services.
An exciting highlight of this collaboration includes Huawei organizing an E-sports event at the Salam Mobile showroom in Riyadh, emphasizing both brands’ focus on innovative and engaging experiences for their customers.
