Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed oversees fast-tracking of all government services onto TAMM

H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office and member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has overseen the acceleration of all government services onto the unified TAMM platform.

His Highness reviewed progress on service enhancement plans during a visit to the TAMM Factory in Abu Dhabi, with 100 percent of government services now available on the unified TAMM platform. Users can now access over 700 services at any time and from any location via the TAMM platforms, which serve as the primary and unified channel for completing all Abu Dhabi government services.

During his visit, Sheikh Khaled issued directives to continuously improve government service delivery by streamlining and improving processes, as well as to speed up updates to TAMM platforms in order to achieve digital service excellence. He also directed that user feedback be taken into account as government entities collaborate to ease customers’ journeys and provide efficient and seamless services to the community.

Sheikh Khaled was accompanied by Ali Rashid Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Department of Government Support (DGS), who said, “This reflects the leadership’s ongoing commitment to Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation journey and its proactive efforts to leverage emerging technologies to provide seamless government customer experiences. Inspired by our leadership, there have been widespread efforts made by Abu Dhabi Government entities to contribute to Abu Dhabi’s global position in the field of digital government. This collective commitment has yielded outstanding results by focusing on the importance of providing world-class government experiences, all of which are led by innovation.”

His Highness was accompanied by Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Department of Economic Development, who praised the leadership’s foresight and unwavering support for Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation process. In line with the leadership’s vision, he stated that the project to migrate all government entities to the TAMM ecosystem paves the way for building a sustainable future for current and future generations.

Al Hammadi added, “Harnessing the latest digital solutions and technologies designed to improve quality of life will support business communities and bring more prosperity and growth to the economy and society.”

The project to migrate all Abu Dhabi government services to the TAMM ecosystem has seen 33 government entities work together to develop TAMM as a one-stop-shop for completing all government services via four channels. To achieve this objective, Abu Dhabi government entities have taken proactive steps to drive digital transformation. This includes the organization of over 300 immersive workshops involving 495 Abu Dhabi Government entity employees.
