The upcoming LEAP 2024 event, a groundbreaking technology conference designed to propel the technological evolution and diversify the flourishing economy of Saudi Arabia, is expected to attract an unprecedented number of over 172,000 attendees. Set to commence on March 4 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, this third edition of the multi-award-winning event is already generating significant buzz.
This four-day extravaganza, a pivotal catalyst in fostering major economic and social transformation in Saudi Arabia, will this year place a special emphasis on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI). Complementing this focus, DeepFest will once again join LEAP, in collaboration with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). This year’s DeepFest promises to be larger than ever, with participation from over 120 companies. The 2024 event will feature a blend of government AI initiatives and cutting-edge innovations, including a leadership conference, specialized tracks, interactive trainings, live demonstrations, innovation talks, start-up pitches, and an exhibition showcasing leading global tech companies at the forefront of AI advancement.
Investment and deal generation set to eclipse US$9bn

The Saudi Ministry for Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is partnering to organize LEAP 2024, which is on course to exceed the impressive attendance of 172,000 from the previous year, solidifying its status as the world’s most-attended tech event.
Michael Champion, CEO of Tahaluf, remarked: “Building upon the foundation and achievements of our past events, LEAP 2024 is poised to explore new frontiers. Focused intently on AI and its transformative impact, LEAP 2024 is set to propel the tech world into a new era brimming with untapped possibilities and unique experiences.”
Expanding to a larger venue to accommodate increased participation, LEAP 2024 will welcome over 1,000 exhibitors showcasing groundbreaking technological innovations. The event will feature more than 1,000 international and regional experts across 25 content tracks, highlighting the latest in tech advancements. Additionally, seven new content areas focusing on AI, Sustainability, Gaming, Space, Cybersecurity, Future Workforce, and Digital Twins will enrich the conference and facilitate dynamic knowledge exchange.
