Mindware, a prominent value-added distributor (VAD) in the Middle East and Africa and a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has announced its enhanced collaboration with Oracle through the Oracle Cloud Distribution Program in the MENA region.
As one of the pioneering Cloud Distributors to join Oracle’s Cloud Distribution Program, Mindware, supported by Oracle, aims to drive cloud consumption growth across the MENA region by leveraging its extensive partner ecosystem.
The Cloud Distribution Program (CDP), initiated in 2023, concentrates on bolstering partnerships with established Cloud Distributors to extend the reach of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) into both new and existing markets, with a specific focus on small and midsize business segments.
Through this collaboration, Mindware will harness the combined strengths of both channel ecosystems to encourage the adoption of OCI and foster long-term utilization growth, ultimately delivering successful outcomes for customers.
Philippe Jarre, President of Mindware Group, stated, “Our objective is to establish Mindware as the premier cloud distributor in the region by providing integrated solutions from various hyperscalers. Leveraging OCI’s capabilities will be pivotal in achieving our business goals and strengthening our position as a reliable cloud solutions provider.”
Havovi Yazdabadi, Vice President of Technology Alliances and Channels, EMEA, Oracle, expressed excitement about Mindware joining the Oracle Cloud Distribution Program, emphasizing the company’s service capabilities, extensive experience, and strong network in the Middle East and Africa. These assets will be instrumental in expanding OCI’s reach to new markets in the region, particularly targeting small and midsize customer segments.
OCI offers a comprehensive platform of cloud infrastructure services enabling customers to develop and operate a wide array of applications in a scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance environment. With offerings spanning application development, business analytics, data management, integration, security, AI, and infrastructure services including Kubernetes and VMware, OCI provides comprehensive security, performance, and cost-efficiency benefits.
Moreover, OCI’s distributed cloud encompasses multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, public cloud, and dedicated cloud options, granting customers the advantages of cloud computing while maintaining greater control over data residency and locality. Consequently, customers can swiftly and efficiently migrate enterprise workloads to the cloud while addressing compliance requirements effectively.
