With over 17 years of experience, Ms. Dena is a leading global human resource practitioner with vast experience in leveraging organisational behavior, people science, and AI Technologies, to help organisations make data driven decisions regarding how they attract, hire, promote, engage, and retain top talent. She joins Etisalat as the company steps-up its acceleration of its digitalisation efforts, on both the customer-facing side as well as in its internal processes.
Ms. Dena is the former Chief Human Resources Officer of the Central Bank of the UAE and as of earlier this year, Founder & CEO of her own HR Tech company. She has worked with leading companies across four continents in various industries, including retail, banking, finance, and oil and gas.
She holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Finance from Boston University.
