NetWitness announced Karim Abillama, a network and security professional, to oversee International Presales team. Mr. Abillama will be in charge of cybersecurity specialists, trusted advisors, and engineers across the EMEA and APJ regions, as well as collaborating with various corporate divisions to drive the NetWitness Platform’s adoption in international markets.

Mr. Abillama has worked with RSA for nearly a decade, holding several leadership positions in Sales Engineering across the full RSA portfolio. He’s played a key role in pushing the NetWitness innovation agenda forward in areas including Internet of Things (IoT) security, user adoption, and expressing foreign market demands to the NetWitness product team.
He’s worked in the cybersecurity field for 15 years, assisting businesses with issues such as network and web application security, threat detection and response, and identity and access management. Mr. Abillama graduated from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon with a Master’s degree in Network & Systems Security.
