Starting in 2018, NVIDIA RTX technologies have been transforming the gaming and creative landscape through the integration of ray tracing and AI-driven features such as DLSS. This week, NVIDIA announced that there are now over 500 games and applications supporting their RTX technologies. To commemorate this significant milestone, NVIDIA is launching the RTX 500 celebration.
500 RTX Games and Apps: IT’S ON!
The RTX ecosystem incorporates cutting-edge technologies that bring high-performance, high-fidelity gaming to life. Dedicated RT Cores power Ray Tracing, delivering immersive and lifelike lighting and reflections in games. Thanks to Tensor Cores, NVIDIA DLSS enables industry-leading AI graphics acceleration, achieving up to 5 times faster performance in games like Cyberpunk 2077.
This week marks the celebration of a milestone years in the making – 500 #RTXON games and applications!
Gamers have rapidly adopted RTX technologies, with an astounding 87 million hours of RTX games played weekly. In the case of Cyberpunk 2077 on GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs, 97% of gamers play with RTX ON. Other major titles follow suit, with NARAKA: BLADEPOINT at 98%, Minecraft with RTX at 99%, Alan Wake 2 at 99%, and Diablo IV at 96%.*
To enhance the celebration, NVIDIA is giving away twenty $500 Green Man Gaming gift cards, usable on RTX or any of the games and DLCs in their extensive store.
