Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW) and Deloitte have announced the expansion of their strategic alliance into the EMEA and JAPAC regions, making Palo Alto Networks’ AI-powered cybersecurity solutions and joint offerings available to Deloitte clients worldwide. This new agreement builds on the long-standing collaboration between the two organizations, accelerating the adoption of leading cybersecurity capabilities and enabling clients to reap the benefits of platformization.
As organizations face the challenge of managing an increasing number of cybersecurity products, they often find themselves in a heterogeneous environment that complicates operational efficiency and hinders the achievement of essential security outcomes. Platformization—shifting to an integrated platform rather than relying on incompatible point solutions—can reduce these barriers, enhancing security posture while driving operational efficiencies. In line with this approach, Deloitte has consolidated multiple point solutions by adopting Palo Alto Networks’ Cloud and Network Security platforms.
“True transformations require a solution that unites AI-powered platforms with deep industry insights and managed services—what Palo Alto Networks and Deloitte provide clients through our alliance,” said Kristy Friedrichs, Chief Partnerships Officer at Palo Alto Networks. “By significantly expanding the availability of our joint offerings and helping mutual customers transition to unified platforms, we’re addressing their evolving needs and helping them achieve better security outcomes.”
Emily Mossburg, Deloitte’s Global Cyber Leader and a Principal at Deloitte & Touche LLP, emphasized the importance of innovation and technology integration, stating, “We are focused on helping our clients solve their most complex cybersecurity challenges, which requires ongoing innovation and distinct approaches to technology integration leading to cyber transformation. Expanding our alliance with Palo Alto Networks enhances our global ability to deliver integrated and platformed security solutions to help clients improve their security posture through harnessing efficiency and integrating the power of AI to combat the evolving threat landscape.”
Deloitte will offer Palo Alto Networks security solutions across its network, cloud, and security operations platforms to help clients consolidate their cybersecurity efforts and benefit from AI-powered solutions that generate actionable insights. Key offerings include:
– Cyber Detection & Response: This service enables clients to transform their security operations through the Precision AI-powered Cortex XSIAM® platform, combining the capabilities of SIEM, SOAR, and XDR to simplify operations and accelerate responses to cyber threats. Deloitte’s intellectual property can facilitate SOC modernization by consolidating heterogeneous tech stacks and integrating with leading IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
– Cloud Security: This solution aims to create a more proactive security posture for clients, safeguarding environments from code to cloud. The joint cloud security offerings launched a year ago can enhance the security of cloud-native applications and infrastructure. Deloitte’s industry-specific knowledge and risk mitigation strategies support a “shift left” security approach through operational workflows and AI-powered automation.
– Zero Trust Adoption: This service helps organizations strategize, design, implement, and accelerate Zero Trust adoption through the integration of Palo Alto Networks’ innovative Network Security platform and Deloitte’s workflow integrations and managed services.
This expanded alliance signifies a strong commitment from both companies to enhance cybersecurity solutions globally, leveraging AI and integrated platforms to help organizations navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape.
