A wellness spa, state-of-the-art fitness centre, massive assorted candy wall, hydraulic pop-up cinema and three gourmet kitchens are all included in a Palm Jumeirah villa, which has gone on the market for sale today (Saturday) for AED120 million ($32.7m).
The property even comes with a Ferrari 599 GTO and Rolls Royce Wraith in the luxury garage with a custom wall-to-wall LED screen as well as a fully customized Ultra Glide Harley Davidson from the USA installed inside the living space.
The 13,500 square foot property, named ONE100 Palm, which is situated at the tip of N frond on the Palm, is being marketed by real estate outfit Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty.
The stunning villa includes an oversized VIP suite with a total area of 1,300 sqft and four more oversized VIP suites, two maids and driver quarters with an option to extend, and eight luxury bathrooms.
Owner Michael Adam Alibhai, who took his inspiration for the villa from studying design, architecture and innovation during trips to California, told Arabian Business: “I wanted to blow people’s minds when they would visit me. I’m a perfectionist and I always laughed about how poorly I felt luxury properties are developed and that I never ever saw a project which would simply blow my mind.”
The villa, which also boasts a state-of-the art home cinema with IMAX screen, 4k projector and Dolby ATMOS sound system, was scheduled to be built in 18 months, but took over four years due to the complex design and the fact that so many materials were imported.
Alibhai said: “There is simply no other property on the whole Palm let alone in the UAE that combines so much luxury, uniqueness and art all combined into one home. The house is a piece of art itself.”
The 43-year-old, who has been in the UAE for 20 years, said he is selling the property to return home to Sweden to be with family.
“Just as I have completed this piece of art I came to realise the importance of family,” he said. “I have been missing out on valuable moments in life with family and having close friends’ family passing away during Covid-19 and hearing about their regrets I would not want to live knowing that I didn’t have them close to me with moments to cherish and remember.”
