Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has joined forces with Trukker Technologies DMCC to create a cutting-edge digital platform aimed at revolutionizing commercial transport services in the emirate. This innovative platform will cater to both individual and corporate clients, offering a range of transport options, including furniture movers, goods transporters, and other commercial vehicles.

The agreement was formalized by Abdulla Yousef Al Ali, CEO of RTA’s Licensing Agency, and Gaurav Biswas, Founder and CEO of Trukker Technologies. The signing ceremony saw attendance from several key directors, managers, and staff from both organizations.

Enhancing Service Standards

“RTA is committed to elevating service standards for both individuals and corporate customers,” remarked Abdulla Yousef Al Ali. “Our goal is to align with top international practices by developing sophisticated and user-friendly systems that provide sustainable and smart transport solutions.”

Al Ali highlighted that the new platform will improve the quality of commercial transport services by connecting customers directly with RTA-registered service providers. This initiative is part of RTA’s strategic objective to enhance public-private partnerships and expand collaborations with private entities.

Automated and User-Friendly

The platform will serve as a dedicated automated channel, providing the Dubai community with access to precise and authentic information about commercial transport service providers. It features an interactive searchable database, making it easier for clients to book suitable commercial vehicles and ensuring a smooth user experience in line with Dubai’s digital transformation goals.

Visionary Collaboration

Gaurav Biswas expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating, “This agreement marks a strategic move towards providing advanced yet user-friendly solutions for Dubai’s transportation needs. The platform will offer real-time and actionable information, ensuring a smooth journey for both customers and operators.”

Biswas added that the initiative prioritizes user convenience and aligns with long-term Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) principles for both Trukker and RTA. “We aim to transform intra-city transport services in Dubai and soon extend our reach to other regional metropolises,” he said.

This collaboration underscores RTA and Trukker Technologies’ commitment to driving innovation and enhancing the commercial transport sector in Dubai through technology and strategic partnerships.
