Salesforce, the global AI-driven customer relationship management (CRM) company, has officially opened its new office in Dubai Internet City, marking a significant step in its commitment to fostering AI innovation and customer success in the UAE.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by His Excellency Omar Sultan AlOlama, Minister of State for AI, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications; Malek Al Malek, Chairman of TECOM Group PJSC; and Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of TECOM Group. They were joined by Salesforce executives, key customers, and representatives from the company’s robust partner ecosystem.
The new state-of-the-art office at Dubai Internet City, a prominent technology hub, is a continuation of Salesforce’s investment in the UAE. In 2023, the company launched Hyperforce, its trusted cloud platform, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This year, Salesforce also achieved the Dubai Electronic Security Centre (DESC) Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Security Standard for Salesforce Services on Hyperforce, enhancing support for government and public sector entities.
Salesforce is witnessing rapid growth in the UAE as businesses increasingly seek AI-driven digital transformation, positioning Salesforce as a trusted partner. The new office features collaboration and innovation spaces, allowing the company to showcase its latest AI technology innovations and better serve local clients.
At Dreamforce, Salesforce unveiled Agentforce, an innovative suite of autonomous AI agents designed to augment employee capabilities and manage tasks in service, sales, marketing, and commerce. These agents, integrated with Salesforce apps and powered by real-time data from Salesforce’s Data Cloud, enhance productivity by performing complex business processes autonomously, significantly reducing manual workloads.
“I am thrilled to introduce Salesforce’s transformative AI-driven solutions to the UAE, and our team is eager to collaborate with customers to showcase how these best-of-breed solutions unlock new possibilities,” said Srini Tallapragada, President and Chief Engineering Officer, Salesforce. “The Salesforce Platform, with Data Cloud at its center, enables Agentforce and every Salesforce app to deliver seamless, AI-powered experiences across every customer touchpoint.”
Thierry Nicault, Area Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce Middle East, emphasized the company’s commitment to serving UAE customers through its new Dubai Internet City office. “We are excited to bring the AI innovations announced at Dreamforce to empower public and private sector organizations to thrive by leveraging AI and cloud-based solutions,” he stated. He also highlighted Salesforce’s upcoming participation in Gitex, reinforcing the company’s engagement with forward-thinking enterprises in the region to drive digital transformation.
Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City, remarked, “Salesforce’s launch strengthens our nation’s legacy of collaborative advancement and signifies a long-term investment in the digitally enabled knowledge economy. This expansion will help unlock the UAE’s and Dubai’s vision for inclusive, sustainable progress and talent development, aligning with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.”
With this strategic expansion, Salesforce is poised to further enhance its presence in the UAE and support the region’s digital transformation efforts.
