Saltwater Games (SWG), a global Web3 Game and mixed-reality studio, announced a multi-year exclusive partnership with Airspeeder, the world’s first motorsport series for electric flying cars, to deliver immersive gaming experiences via Play2ImpactTM, where physical and virtual worlds merge for competition, rewards, education, and impact.
Play2Impact is a new game design category that emphasizes the importance of immersive play. When combined with the Saltwater Games integrated economic model, gamers directly contribute to real-world social and environmental impact projects chosen by the SWG community as they progress through the game, adding value and earning rewards.

Under the terms of the license agreement with Airspeeder, AirspeederXR will be accessible via Celeros, SWG’s mixed reality racing metaverse. AirspeederXR is the first AAA, Web3, free-to-play, play-to-earn, and Play2Impact mixed reality racing game. AirSpeederXR is a massive multiplayer mixed-reality flight racing game with real-world physics derived from thousands of hours of AirSpeeder flight time. Celeros is now only available by invitation, with a beta scheduled for mid-2023.
