Operated in partnership with Eros, the cutting-edge plaza is conveniently located across from the Abu Dhabi Municipality and is now open to cater to Samsung customers in the UAE’s capital and its surrounding areas.
The Customer Service Plaza provides a wide range of services to address mobile and tablet repairs, software updates, and mobile phone recycling. With a team of highly skilled Samsung technicians on hand, customers can rest assured that their devices will receive expert care and attention.
One of the key highlights of the plaza is the Samsung Lounge, an exclusive space that allows customers to explore, experience, and purchase Samsung’s flagship devices from various product categories, including mobiles, TVs, and Soundbars. In addition to repair and update services, customers can also benefit from the seamless integration of sales and service at the plaza.
