SAP And Chalhoub Group Partner To Adopt RISE With SAP

Dubai, UAE – SAP and Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer in the Middle East, have signed a strategic agreement to implement RISE with SAP, hosted on Microsoft Azure, as part of the Group’s comprehensive digital transformation initiative, Transform Chalhoub. This collaboration marks a significant step in Chalhoub Group’s ongoing efforts to modernize its IT infrastructure, boost operational efficiency, and support its ambitious global expansion plans.

As part of the Transform Chalhoub initiative, the Group will adopt SAP S/4HANA, SAP’s next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, alongside a range of SAP retail and warehouse management applications. The transition to a unified, cloud-based platform will provide Chalhoub Group with real-time data, improved visibility across its operations, and integrated Business AI capabilities aimed at streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and automating key tasks.
