ServiceNow has responded to the increasing demand from customers and partners in the Middle East by announcing the availability of its flagship Now Platform in Arabic as part of the Washington D.C. platform release. This move aims to better serve native Arabic speakers globally.
With this update, companies across all regions can seamlessly support Arabic end-users, including mobile experiences, dashboard interactions, and other engagements on the platform. This initiative is expected to drive business transformations in customer and employee experiences, particularly in modules such as HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, and Public Sector Digital Services.
Fares Asadi, Director of Solution Consulting MEA at ServiceNow, emphasized the importance of providing a platform that users can navigate in their native language. He noted, “As the platform of choice for several regional government entities, banks, energy companies, and other private sector organizations, we are delighted to be able to further our commitment to them by offering the power of the ServiceNow platform in their native Arabic language.”
In addition to language support, ServiceNow has introduced new capabilities in generative AI (GenAI) as part of the Washington D.C. platform release. These enhancements aim to boost productivity and accelerate the value derived from AI investments across enterprises.
Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) AIOps utilizes generative AI to expedite issue resolution by analyzing alerts and providing critical context for operators. By translating complex machine-generated alerts into simple natural language, operations teams can better understand and resolve issues efficiently.
Moreover, enhancements to Now Assist in Virtual Agent facilitate quicker development of AI-powered conversations, allowing creators to drive higher levels of automation in Virtual Agent. Dynamic translation features ensure seamless localization, detecting the language of text inputs and responding accordingly in real-time.
ServiceNow Impact AI Accelerators, part of the ServiceNow Impact solution, enable platform owners to adopt generative AI experiences swiftly, align investments with business objectives, and track value gained from AI implementations for faster ROI.
Aside from Arabic language support and GenAI enhancements, the Washington D.C. release includes tools to optimize interactions, fuel business growth, and adapt to evolving customer and employee needs. Key highlights encompass Sales and Order Management, new AIOps experiences, Workflow Studio, OT Knowledge Management, and Security Posture Control.
These innovations will be generally available to all customers in the ServiceNow Store starting March 20, as part of the Now Platform Washington, D.C. release.
