ServiceNow and Accenture have jointly unveiled a groundbreaking initiative known as AI Lighthouse, an innovative program aimed at expediting the development and integration of enterprise-level generative AI capabilities.

Building upon their existing strategic partnerships, ServiceNow, NVIDIA, and Accenture have come together to launch AI Lighthouse, an avant-garde endeavor intended to aid pioneering organizations across various sectors in conceiving, constructing, and executing novel generative AI applications.

The AI Lighthouse initiative synergizes the robust ServiceNow enterprise automation framework and engine with the cutting-edge AI supercomputing technology and software from NVIDIA, along with the AI transformation expertise of Accenture. This comprehensive amalgamation empowers clients to collaborate as co-designers in the creation of tailor-made generative AI large language models (LLMs) and solutions, propelling their businesses forward.

Since May, ServiceNow has introduced an array of potent generative AI capabilities specifically designed for the Now Platform. The company has collaborated with prominent entities in the pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors to assess these capabilities in real-world enterprise settings. The AI Lighthouse Program is set to build upon this early progress, collaborating with a select group of customers to co-create, develop, and deploy fresh generative AI use cases within IT service management (ITSM), customer service management (CSM), and employee experience domains.

NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and software, including the NVIDIA DGX AI supercomputing series, NVIDIA DGX Cloud, and the NVIDIA NeMo LLM software, will provide the comprehensive computing stack for model training and optimization. ServiceNow will serve as the frontend workflow automation and intelligence platform, while Accenture’s profound industry knowledge and generative AI strategy, design, and delivery experience will bring these use cases to life for clients.

The ServiceNow platform automates workflows across the enterprise by seamlessly connecting disparate departments, systems, and processes, thereby enhancing productivity and enabling fluid work experiences.
