With a wide range of international experience spanning North America, Europe and Asia, Jürgen brings to Ciena more than 20 years of telecommunications expertise in software, hardware and network operations. Prior to joining Ciena, Jürgen held leadership positions at Pacific Broadband Networks, ARRIS Group and Technetix, where he served tier-1 network operators across the globe.

This was the decade that saw former Fortune 500 companies going spectacularly bust because they failed to keep up with the changes created by technology. On the flip side, it also saw basement-born start-ups using technology to completely transform trillion-dollar industries.

While a massive shift to working from home is an obvious consequence of these orders, it has likely taken most by surprise as bandwidth requirements skyrocketed within a few short weeks.

The first mm Wave site will help provide ultra-high mobile broadband speeds of up to 2.1 Gbps using 26GHz frequency. du is still working on reaching new breakthroughs of even higher user throughputs by deploying more bandwidths on mm wave to exceed 4Gbps speed.
