Outside the Block (OTB) event, organised by Welups Foundation and Omanee Corporation as the strategic partner, is all set to take place on March 31st, 2022, in Dubai.

All participating teams will get access to the Electronics Innovation Hubs and CREATIVA Innovation Hubs, where all the facilities are made available to accommodate their work needs.

The World Police Summit will include a dedicated exhibition, six conferences, five special event features, and over 150 globally known organisations displaying the most recent ideas and technology in the security landscape. Over 200 speakers from the world’s largest intergovernmental and government organisations, including INTERPOL, the United Nations, ROADPOL, GCCPOL, and others, will speak at the conferences.

The experienced speakers gracing the centre stage are taking part in this transformation of making ties between financial services and blockchain + cryptocurrencies more significant.
