VMware IT Academy is a public–private partnership to help individuals gain the foundational digital knowledge they need to compete in today’s workforce by providing access to undergraduate certifications and ongoing skills education. Demand for IT skills in the Kingdom is surging as investment in technology grows, especially as organizations accelerate their digital transformation.

Participants of the Young Professional Program undergo a rigorous selection process before embarking on a three-month full-time training program.
