David Noel has been promoted to General Vice President, EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia) at Cisco AppDynamics, with responsibility for driving sales operations and expanding the AppDynamics business in the area.

This year’s historical recognition is accompanied with an additional award for GBM as the Middle East and Africa Partner of the Year, which the organization has received several times in the past.
