The facility is a key component of SEWA’s 2030 Roadmap and is anticipated to generate up to 40 percent of Sharjah’s electricity supply when complete.

Construction of the LEED Gold certified service station has reached an impressive 40 per cent. Work began in August 2019 and the service station is expected to be completed by June this year. After Expo 2020 Dubai, the service station will be open to the public as part of the site’s legacy phase.
