Malienko succeeds Christoph Dobler, who was appointed as Interim Head of Region MEA since May 2020 in addition to his responsibilities as Head of Commercial Operations for the EMEA region, a role which he retains.

The conference highlighted and introduced Huawei’s new Cloud Partner Network Program with the participation of 300 partners, introducing new capabilities that help bring them a better digital life.

Huawei has provided Dubai Municipality with data center solutions to streamline and enhance data storage, while also boosting energy efficiency as well as improve operation and maintenance (O&M) processes.

The announcement comes as the company concluded its HUAWEI CONNECT 2020 annual flagship event for the global ICT industry. Held over the last week, it serves as an open platform to help its customers.
