The annual IT Pro Day holiday, created by SolarWinds, a provider of simple, powerful, and secure IT management software, honors and recognizes the critical but often unseen work that IT professionals do to keep our computer networks running.

According to the report, the rapid adoption of hybrid IT has increased network complexity for most organizations and created a number of troubling challenges for IT professionals.

AI is incredibly powerful at turning data into insights. This power is applied to data regardless of quality or biases, which means that any unintentional biases found in the data will only be emphasised by the AI algorithms. This makes the quality of data the number one predictor of how successful an AI project will be.
