Barracuda Networks, Inc., a provider of cloud-first security solutions, and KKR, a global investment firm, announced that KKR’s investment funds have completed an acquisition of Barracuda from Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm. The transaction’s financial terms were not disclosed.
