SB showcased its smart property management solutions at The Hospitality Network’s Stakeholder Conference 2021 In an exclusive “Experience Room” set up for the event, stakeholders were able to see the revolutionary products and services brought to market by Netix Controls, a smart building management solutions provider; ODS Global, a smart systems integrator; and Teknoware, an intelligent emergency lighting manufacturer.

The intelligent Integrated Building Management System (iIBMS), which represents the pinnacle of smart property management and connected buildings, will be featured in the experience room. The experience room is designed to inspire participating stakeholders, who represent the crème de la crème of the hospitality business, thanks to ODS Global’s ELV systems and Teknoware’s creative lighting line.

The partnership between ODS Global and Johnson Controls embodies the evolving consumer sentiment driven by an increased focus on energy usage, sustainability and digital transformation. It includes the addition of the groundbreaking Building and Energy Management Systems (BEMS) offered by EasyIO, a subsidiary of Johnson Controls, to ODS’ existing services portfolio.

ODS Global is currently also in discussions with DAMAC Properties to upgrade the 24 towers to a connected buildings model, using IoT and AI-based solutions and the Intelligent Integrated Command and Control Centre (iICCC).
