ServiceNow discovered that 93 percent of its carbon footprint comes directly from its value chain (Scope 3) emissions, according to a third-party assessment1 done by Watershed in July 2021, which analysed the company’s full corporate carbon footprint. ServiceNow has built a schedule 20 years ahead of the Paris Agreement and set an ambitious aim of Net-Zero GHG emissions by 2030.
