Showing the UAE’s threat landscape, in the first half of 2020, the UAE hosted among the region’s highest cyber-threats. Trend Micro blocked a combined 13,100,616 email, URL, and malware threats, according to the company’s 2020 Midyear Security Report. The UAE’s ransomware attacks in the first half of the year are 4.27%.
