Veeam and Nutanix have taken a significant leap forward in their partnership over the past year by helping customers modernize their data center and data protection technologies. Veeam collaborated with Nutanix to deliver availability for applications and data running on Nutanix (AHV)

For storage and data management, this means that the exponentially growing data volumes not only have to be constantly maintained, stored and restored as quickly as possible in the event of downtime, but that data losses should be kept to a pre-calculated minimum.

Veeam’s solutions have increased efficiency of the system engineers, enabling them to focus on enhancements and improvements, besides proving 30% more cost effective than the legacy solution. The introduction of the ‘instant recovery’ feature has cut restore time from days to a few hours.

Since the start of 2020, Veeam has reported annual recurring revenue (ARR) increase of 21 percent year-over-year (YoY) for Q1’20 and that it is experiencing major success in market adoption of its unique subscription offering.

Veeam recently launched a solution for complete data management and protection for hybrid-cloud environments – Veeam Availability Suite v10. With more than 150 new features and enhancements – including modern NAS support, Multi-VM Instant Recovery and heightened ransomware protection.
