Yahsat, the leading satellite solutions provider from the UAE, has teamed up with SATCOM Technologies to pioneer cutting-edge satellite communication ventures in Zimbabwe.

This collaboration signifies a significant stride in Yahsat’s continental expansion efforts, poised to empower vital sectors like economy, government, and organizations through satellite connectivity in Africa. Scheduled to kick off in June, the partnership aims to strengthen ties with the Zimbabwean Government.

The agreement between Yahsat and SATCOM Technologies will focus on delivering innovative and dependable satellite-based connectivity solutions tailored to Zimbabwe’s specific needs and developmental aspirations. This initiative is expected to revolutionize the country’s technological landscape and bolster its connectivity infrastructure.

Targeting diverse sectors including mining, agriculture, healthcare, and education, the partnership seeks to address the escalating demand for advanced communication solutions in Zimbabwe.

Sulaiman Al Ali, Yahsat’s Chief Commercial Officer, expressed pride in the collaboration, emphasizing its significance in enhancing connectivity across Africa. He highlighted Yahsat’s dedication to supporting the digital evolution of African nations and improving access to essential services.
