In order to prepare for the commercial launch of 5G services, Zain Kuwait has struck a strategic deal with Ericsson to replace and modernize its existing Business Support Systems (BSS). Zain Kuwait will be able to solve 5G use cases, improve user experiences, and fulfil the full promise of 5G thanks to the modernization of the existing BSS.
When it comes to launching 5G services, Ericsson BSS solutions will give Zain Kuwait more flexibility, efficiency, and a faster time-to-market. Ericsson’s BSS solutions, which are agile, adaptable, and scalable, will enable Zain Kuwait’s new 5G business models as well as the increased value and capabilities that 5G brings.
Ericsson’s BSS portfolio, which includes solutions such as Ericsson Charging, Ericsson Catalog Manager, Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson Dynamic Activation, and Ericsson Mediation, will enable Zain Kuwait to effectively capitalise on 5Gopportunities while also assisting Zain Kuwait in managing data growth and adapting faster to business needs.
