SB showcased its smart property management solutions at The Hospitality Network's Stakeholder Conference 2021 In an exclusive "Experience Room" set up for the event, stakeholders were able to see the revolutionary products and services brought to market by Netix Controls, a smart building management solutions provider; ODS Global, a smart systems integrator; and Teknoware, an intelligent emergency lighting manufacturer.

The app created connects to the hotel's property management system (PMS), giving guests access to a variety of services such as uploading travel documents like vaccination certificates, ordering a car upon arrival, room service, and laundry. Hotel app can also provide guests with automated electronic updates and alerts, as well as e-registration paperwork, e-invoices, and e-receipts, all in one place.

This new integration streamlines the payment process for hospitality businesses by eliminating the need for a long list of platforms and vendors, which typically includes separate processes for property management systems, food and beverage point of sale systems, and guest experience platforms, not to mention the various payment service providers for each.
