Keypoint Intelligence has presented Kodak Alaris with the Buyers Lab (BLI) 2023 Scanner Line of the Year Award. This is the seventh time in eight years that Kodak Alaris has earned this coveted accolade. Each year, the award recognizes the product line deemed best overall, based on rigorous lab evaluations of several vendors.
Lee Davis, Senior Analyst in Keypoint Intelligence’s Office Group said “When it comes to document scanning, Kodak Alaris is king.”
He added “Our testing revealed that scanners from Kodak Alaris provide superior media handling, image quality, OCR accuracy, file compression, and workflow automation capabilities compared to the competition.”
The victory was announced shortly after Keypoint Intelligence revealed that the Kodak S3140 Max Scanner had also won a 2023 Pick Award. It is the best option for workplace settings with a lot of paper, according to Lee Davis of Keypoint Intelligence. Additionally, the first scanners from Kodak Alaris to complete the Keypoint Intelligence testing programme for the Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative (FADGI) were able to help organisations make sure their digital records are fully compliant before the deadline for the federal mandate.
