Careem, the premier multi-service app in the region, has announced a strategic alliance with the UAE Restaurants Group (UAERG), a federal entity representing the restaurant industry on a national level.
Under this partnership, Careem Food will extend a 50% discount on onboarding fees and offer UAERG member restaurants AED 3,600 worth of complimentary advertising, breaking exclusivity to join Careem Food. Furthermore, Careem will waive the AED1,500 onboarding fee for UAERG member restaurants interested in joining ‘Careem DineOut,’ Careem’s in-app F&B venue discovery and discounts platform.
Launched in Dubai in 2023, Careem DineOut enables customers to explore F&B venues across Dubai using filters for locations, budgets, occasions, and cuisines. Users can book a Careem ride to the venue, settle their dining bills, and enjoy discounts—all within the Careem app through DineOut. Careem Plus subscribers are entitled to exclusive discounts of up to 50% on dining bills at over 500 F&B venues, including notable UAERG members such as Zuma, Amazonico, and REIF.
