Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company’s (EITC) du has announced a strategic collaboration with Dell Technologies to deliver comprehensive Information Security services to customers in the UAE. The collaboration, outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to leverage the combined expertise and capabilities of both companies to accelerate customers’ security transformation and effectively manage day-to-day security operations.
Sharing a common mission to improve organizations’ cybersecurity posture, Dell Technologies and du ICT plan to develop a joint go-to-market strategy tailored for the UAE market. This strategy will focus on creating service offerings that address local challenges, allowing customers to consume cybersecurity solutions as a service.
Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO at du, emphasized the importance of providing access to comprehensive and reliable security services in the face of a rapidly evolving threat landscape. To meet the increasing demand for robust cybersecurity solutions, du ICT and Dell Technologies will offer services such as cybersecurity consulting, managed detection and response, incident response and recovery, staff augmentation, and cyber recovery solutions.
