Google Cloud appoints Bader Almadi as Country Manager in the KSA

Google Cloud announces the appointment of Bader Almadi as Country Manager, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Google Cloud.

Bader, who is based in Riyadh, is in charge of Google Cloud’s strategy in the Kingdom. His professional responsibilities include expanding Google Cloud’s team in Saudi Arabia and assisting customers with growth and scaling in a range of industries, including retail, healthcare, financial services, entertainment, and others. In addition, Bader will work to expand Google Cloud’s relationship ecosystem in the kingdom.

Bader comes to this position with 16 years of experience in information technology and sales. He comes to Google Cloud from Dell Technologies, where he was Country Enterprise Director for Telecom, Cloud, and Financial Services, where he oversaw relationships with Saudi giants like STC, Zain, and Mobily, as well as customers in Banking and Cloud Services.

Prior to his eight years with Dell in Saudi Arabia, Bader started his career as a Service Account Manager with Cisco in 2006. He subsequently moved to Oracle in 2009, where he worked on client management in the Financial Services market for the next four years. He subsequently went to EMC in 2012, where he became the Education Sector Manager, overseeing sales efforts with educational institutions around the kingdom.
