Huawei recently announced its all-new Hi-Res Certificated TWS with long battery life and outstanding ANC, the HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i.

The LDACTM HD audio codec is supported by and certified for use with the HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i. Hi-Res Audio Wireless is commonly regarded and recognised among audio fans and is formally defined as having the ability to recreate the entire range of sound from recordings that have been produced from CD-grade music sources.

Moreover, the earbuds come equipped with a 10 mm high-sensitivity dynamic driver unit and customised polymer composite diaphragm. HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i comes equipped with a dual adaptive EQ optimisation algorithm that detects both ear canal structure and wearing status and optimises the audio at all frequency ranges to account for such factors, ensuring a consistent listening experience. Visitors to Huawei’s offline stores will have the opportunity to experience the superior sound quality of the HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i.

The earbuds offer EQ effects, allowing consumers to choose the audio effects freely like choosing Bass boost or Treble boost mode giving users room to customise each song according to their tastes.

The HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i offers an impressive 7.5 hours of continuous audio playback, which may increase to 28 hours when used with the charging case. It also has quick charging capabilities and a battery life of 28 hours (with the charging case). Users enjoy an amazing 4 hours of listening power with just a simple 15-minute boost in the charging case, quickly meeting their needs.

HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i adopts hybrid noise cancellation technology. Equipped with two MICs inside and outside the ear to detect environment noise outside, as well as extra noise in the ear canal, and accurately produce reverse noise cancellation sound waves, generating 42 dB of maximum noise cancelling depth.

A hearing optimization system based on wearing detection is also integrated into the earbuds, which determines the wearer’s status and offers the best sound effect parameters to ensure a better listening experience. Customers will have the option of selecting between Ultra, General, and Cosy noise cancelling modes to customise the effects to the setting, whether it be a crowded airport, metro station, restaurant, office, or quiet house.

The earbuds are designed in such a way that they fit the human ears like hand-in-glove. Lighter pairs of earphones have been well received by consumers. A single FreeBuds 5i weighs just 4.9g, making it lighter than many commonly used coins. The body of the HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i is just 29 mm long.

To make the earphones more adaptable to each listener’s ear canal and enable a snugger fit, the sound apertures have been reduced by 1mm and the relative height has been decreased by one-third when compared to the HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i.

The HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i can connect to two devices running different operating systems (Compatible with EMUI/Android/iOS/Windows) and automatically switch between the devices without missing a beat, bringing users a smooth and smart audio connection experience.

Last but not least, the HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i has IP54 water resistance, making it more than capable of meeting the needs of the majority of listeners in daily life, from unintentional splashes to rain.

HUAWEI FreeBuds 5i is compatible with different operating systems, including devices running on Android and iOS.
