Huawei has invited visitors to ‘Dive into Digital’ at GITEX Global this year. Huawei is hosting a complete series of summits, exhibitions, and collaborations at this year’s GITEX Global under the theme “Dive into Digital.” Huawei, a Platinum Partner at this year’s GITEX, is showcasing the rising importance of digitalization to national economies, as well as how cutting-edge technology will likely be implemented throughout vertical sectors in the coming year.
Huawei’s participation this year demonstrates how industrial digital transformation is becoming more complex as it progresses to a stage characterised by the digitalization of both support and core production systems. In a post-pandemic environment, where many industries are seeking for ways to be more efficient, adaptable, and robust, these practical uses of rising technologies like cloud, 5G, and green technologies are all the more crucial.
A presentation of end-to-end industry digital transformation solutions as well as future-oriented ICT infrastructure will be on the company’s agenda. This highlights the HUAWEI CLOUD capabilities as well as how businesses may leverage the cloud to support technological grounding in a variety of scenarios. The firm will also look into Middle Eastern companies’ bold investments in 5G infrastructure, as well as how top telecom carriers are boosting connectivity-based experiences for consumers, families, and businesses.
“Huawei believes deeply in the power of digital technology to provide fresh solutions to the problems that we all face. Whether confronting the challenges of climate change, navigating geopolitical uncertainty, or pursuing economic recovery in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, thousands of industries are being reshaped,” notes Steven Yi, President for the Middle East at Huawei.
He added, “We have been proud to serve governments, telecom operators, enterprises, and consumers in the region over recent decades. GITEX Global is an ideal regional and international platform for Huawei to connect with our industry stakeholders, share best practices, and look at how we can meet the needs of a fully connected, intelligent world.”
During the week, Huawei will hold its annual Huawei Arab Innovation Day conference on October 19 in the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC), as well as online, in conjunction with GITEX. The theme of this year’s conference is “Collaboration to Drive Innovations in the Arab World.” Leading voices from government, academia, industry experts, and regulators, as well as Huawei’s senior leadership team, will speak to the audience. This year’s primary themes include how ICT innovation is driving digital change in the Arab world, the importance to establishing talent ecosystems for improved technology education, and ways for boosting the region’s dignitaries’ security and resilience.
This year, the MENA Industrial Digital Transformation Summit will be place on October 19 at Huawei’s Enterprise Business Group in the Middle East. The summit was created with the fast-paced adoption of digital technology in mind, as well as the exponential expansion of digital transformation across all industries. Huawei will provide ideas on digital transformation, with a focus on the government sector and cloud for businesses, at the summit. Participants will also delve into the specifics of successful digital transformation techniques, as well as how firms may collaborate and achieve shared success by creating a dynamic ecosystem.
Digitalization plays a crucial part in the energy revolution and decarbonization as the world progresses towards a carbon-neutral society. Huawei will host a Global Digital Power Summit at which global industry leaders and experts will address upcoming potential in green ICT solutions, clean energy generation, and transportation electrification.
Huawei leaders are actively engaging in numerous keynotes and panel discussions across GITEX Global, in addition to their own events. Sessions on cybersecurity resilience, smart city initiatives, the role of technology in extending education, and the future roadmap for 5G technology are among the topics covered. HUAWEI CLOUD and partners will also be delivering workshops on various themes at the Dubai Internet City booth at GITEX as part of their efforts to interact with industry partners and further strengthen the ICT ecosystem.
“The real value of digital innovation transcends the technology industry only, and has transformative implications for society as a whole,” adds Yi. “It is fitting that this year’s GITEX Global also happens to run during the period of Expo 2020 Dubai—a time when the world truly does come together and bears witness to the remarkable technological advances that await us all.”
Mindware, Redington Gulf, Gulf Applications (GAPP), and Enterprise Systems enthusiastically support Huawei’s GITEX booth exhibition, which is located in Za’abeel Hall 1. Here is further information about Huawei’s participation in GITEX.
