Huawei has officially launched its fully upgraded Huawei Talent Online 2.0 platform, offering a new type of online learning experience for those in the region and abroad that is more hands-on and practical. It not only presents online experiments that encourage convenient learning, but also provides “Four Ones” experience that optimizes partner registration, class and course opening, and operations.
The announcement comes as the company concluded its HUAWEI CONNECT 2020 annual flagship event for the global ICT industry. Held over the last week, it serves as an open platform to help its customers and partners navigate changes, share experience, and work together to create new value. At last year’s event, Huawei launched Huawei Talent Online 1.0, which this new version builds upon.
Today, the one-stop service platform houses 217 high-quality courses, attracting 800,000 users around the world. In addition, 1,276 Huawei ICT Academies/Huawei Authorized Learning Partners (HALPs) have registered on the platform, expanding the scope of courses and the range of knowledge available to users. So far in 2020, Huawei has certified over 90,000 users, greatly improving their career prospects. At the same time, over 50,000 people from 62 countries participated in the platform’s “Learn On” action plan, pursuing ICT learning during the pandemic.
“We expect to see large-scale growth in Huawei’s talent ecosystem business over the next five years. There will be 10,000 Huawei ICT Academies, 1.5 million annual ICT learners, and additional 350,000 certification participants each year. That’s why it’s so essential to provide users with a simple experience-based platform,” said Xue Feng, Huawei Talent Online Chief Architect.
